An attempt is made in this article to analyse the text published in RBI Financial Stability Reports (FSRs) over the period June 2010 to December 2021 using text mining tools. We construct a Financial Stability Sentiment (FSS) Index by linking the FSR with a dictionary specially developed for capturing the sentiments published in FSRs. We find that the FSS index perfectly tracks stress episodes such as economic deceleration, Asset Quality Review (AQR) process and COVID 19 pandemic, i.e., during these periods, the value of the index increased significantly – signalling bloated stress in the financial system in India. Moreover, there is a significant negative correlation between the index and the market returns that consistently captures the large upswings and downswings in the former. Consequently, the FSS index is a reliable economic barometer as it is able to capture most of the events which had an impact on financial sector of the economy, while also having an impact on consumer perceptions.

This study aims to analyze: 1) the effect of empowerment, social capital, the role of government on the participation of fishing housewives; 2) the influence of empowerment, social capital, the role of the government and the participation of fisherman housewives on welfare; 3) the influence of empowerment, social capital and the role of the government through the participation of fishing housewives on welfare. The population is housewives who have husbands as fishermen. Using the Slovin formula, 108 respondents were selected, using accidental sampling technique. Interviews and questionnaires were used as data collection methods. Data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS for quantitative data. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between empowerment, social capital and the government’s role on the participation of fishing housewives and there is a positive and significant influence between empowerment, social capital, the role of government and the participation of fishermen’s IRT on the welfare of fishermen’s households.

The telecommunications industry is divided into following subsectors: Infrastructure, Equipment, Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MNVO), White Space Spectrum, 5G, Telephone service providers and Broadband. As per GSMA, India is on its way to becoming the second-largest smartphone market globally by 2025 with around 1 billion installed devices and is expected to have 920 million unique mobile subscribers by 2025 which will include 88 million 5G connections. Over the last thirteen years, the Indian Telecom Tower industry has seen a significant growth. An average of 29,000 new towers has been built per year. It is also estimated that 5G technology will contribute approximately $450 billion to the Indian Economy in the period of 2023-2040.
