To support the editorial and production services required to publish high-quality scholarly articles, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication.

APC Policy

ARJ Publishing maintains a transparent publication policy.

Manuscript submission is completely free.
Peer review is conducted without any charge.
APC is requested only after the manuscript has been formally accepted.
Payment of the APC has no influence on editorial decisions.
Acceptance is based solely on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and reviewer recommendations.
An official invoice will be issued after acceptance.

Article Processing Charges

The standard Article Processing Charge (APC) is USD 1,090 per accepted manuscript, regardless of the author's country of residence.

The APC includes all standard publication services. There are no additional charges for DOI registration, online publication, or article hosting unless otherwise stated by the journal.

Discounts & Waiver Policy

ARJ Publishing believes that financial circumstances should not prevent the dissemination of quality research.

Partial or full APC waivers may be considered for:

Authors from eligible low- and lower-middle-income countries
Invited articles
Editorial Board Members
Special Issues and conference collaborations
Institutional agreements
Exceptional cases approved by the Editorial Office

Waiver requests are assessed independently of the editorial review process and should be submitted before or immediately after manuscript acceptance.

Refund Policy

Because editorial processing, peer-review administration, production, DOI registration, and publication services begin after manuscript acceptance, APC payments are generally non-refundable once production has commenced.

Refund requests, where applicable, will be reviewed in accordance with ARJ Publishing's publication policies.

Publication Ethics

ARJ Publishing follows internationally recognized publication ethics and editorial best practices.

Payment of an APC does not guarantee publication. Every manuscript undergoes editorial screening and independent peer review before an editorial decision is made. Manuscripts are accepted only if they satisfy the journal's scientific, ethical, and quality standards.
