The researchers has conducted this study in order to analyze the preparedness of the e-waste management by the Bahrain Public Commission. The Bahrain Public Commission is a government organization which overlooks the protection of marine and environment in the Kingdom of Bahrain. All over Bahrain different colored boxes are kept for glass waste, paper waste and electronics waste. The same procedure is applied in the companies. The problem encountered is that not many people follow the waste management effectively. This may be due to lack of awareness which lead on recommendations for awareness program among the general public, hold training programs or awareness campaigns across the country. The E-waste management system in the Kingdom of Bahrain is in its early stage of development it needs many steps toward the EMS in the developed countries and a strong bases for legislation enforcements. It was recommended that the region may develop an e-waste management system, a national framework for the management of e-waste, like awareness, education and involve the whole community, starting pilot plans on sorting and collection of electronic wastes, including take back plans and plans for repair recycling and refurbishment, provision of a strong regulatory environment.

The paper is an exploration of a novel concept to reduce the mechanistic dependency of the Human(Personnel)involved in the routine jobs of refinery demand assessment and scheduling operations. It highlights the importance of scheduling and the factors for an optimal job. The paper identifies and incorporates the Human Factors and derives a mechanism in a model based analysis to understand and optimize the productivity output , in the scheduling operations, and better and efficient way of achieving company objectives.

The purpose of this paper is to identify the differences between generations in different period of times from 1946 to 2000, and how each type is very distinctive in some aspects. There are four types of generations: traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Gen-Xers, and Nexters. This paper clarifies how those generations have been affected by their environment and how their characteristics affected the communities they lived in.

The Treasury Single Account (TSA) is a system of accounting in the public sector where all government revenue generated are paid into a single central account. It is an efficient way of managing public fund for efficient and effective people oriented government. More so, it has been identified by the Federal Government of Nigeria as an efficient tool for curbing revenue leakage, which some state government have adopted and implemented, but it is not certain how this has played out so far at the state level. As such it is imperative to study the effectiveness of the TSA in Nigerian state. Primary data were collected from via question while the analysis was done using regression analysis with the aid of SPSS 22. The result of the study revealed that the TSA adoption is an effective tool for curbing revenue leakage in Nigerian states. It is recommended that those states that are yet to adopt the TSA, adopt and implement it for efficient fund management and curbing revenue leakage. In addition, that adequate working system of the TSA should be put in place to ensure its objective is achieved.

In this paper we will also discuss how to improve, develop and implement reward program that will encourage communication between employees and management .When the reward is changed frequently, employees will be more surprised and the process will be more exciting. When employees are excited about rewards, they will work harder to achieve them.
