Abstract
A new flow-injection chemiluminescence (CL) method for the determination of ethylmorphine
had been established in this study. Based on the chemiluminescence reaction ethylmorphine in hydrogen
peroxide and oxidation with luminol in alkali condition, the CL intensity ofluminol decreased by adding
ethylmorphine,the determination of ethylmorphine was developed using the quenching-chemi- luminescence
by new design has been modulating of Spectroinc 20 to measure thechemiluminescence flow injection system
.The proposed method was indirect, simple and rapid for determined the rang (1×10-1-3.1×10-3) M. The
detection limit (3×noice ) of 7.8×10-4 M,the R.s.d % for fife determination of 3.1× 10-3 M ethylmorphinewas 0.64%.
The applicability of the method was demonstrated by the determination ofethylmorphine in synthetic sample.
