Scientific journals publish many types of articles, including quantitative, qualitative and mixed methods, and additional details on specific topics may be useful in preparing a manuscript for submission. The recommendations, which have focused on the content, style, and procedures of manuscript submission, are journal-specific and can be found on each journal's website.

American Research Journals follow the APA style of reference and request the author to adhere to according the guidelines below
Paper Elements of Manuscript
The paper must be consistent with the journal abstract, have at least 80% textual originality, be relevant, have scientific novelty, be of theoretical and/or practical interest, and must not contain unethical information. The recommended paper length should not exceed 20 pages (12pt font, double spaced), including paper structure, reference list, tables and figures.
Title Page: Each APA-formatted manuscript must have a cover page and title available in both the professional and student editions, written in a way that generalizes the basic idea of the manuscript, attracts the reader, and is written with double spacing with additional white double spacing between the title and footer.
Author Name (Byline):Each article has the author's name, or signature. The preferred form of the author's name is first name, middle, and last name. This format reduces the possibility of fraudulent identification (e.g., the same author having the same first and last name).
Abstract of the article in separate paragraphs of no more than 350 words, designed for a wide readership, accurately and adequately reflect the scientific essence of the article, short, accurate, non-evaluative, concise and comprehensive abstracts, unstructured abstracts without subheadings should not exceed 200 words and should be single paragraphs and structured abstracts should be 350 words or less.
Keywords are words, phrases and abbreviations that represent the most important aspects of your work. They are used to index the database and make it easier for readers to find and retrieve the work, and should be expressed in lowercase commas between each keywords.
This section clarifies the relevance of the subject in question, outlines the current status of the subject and provides a literature review that has already been published.
Research Methodology or Methods
The methodological outline for providing empirical evidence (the principal used in setting up the approach, the regular) or the theoretical thesis method (the applied method, the description of the experimental rationale, and the description of the experimental phase) must be briefly described.
Includes only the results obtained by the author(s) of the solution to the problems posed in the study of interest. The presence of diagrams, graphs and tables illustrating the research.
Contains opinions on the mentioned problem, conclusions of the author should reflects the theoretical and/or practical significance of the research, recommendations for the implementation of the results, further direction of the activities

This section is generally not present in all the journals / articles, but if it is used, it should be placed after the "Acknowledgements" section.

Preparing Figures, Schemes and Tables
File for table, figures and schemes must be provided during submission through submission system or email. Common formats are accepted, however, TIFF, JPEG, EPS and PDF are preferred.
All Figures, Schemes and Tables should be present into the main text close to their first citation and must be numbered following their number of appearance (Figure 1, Table 1, etc.).
All should have a short explanatory title and caption, explanatory heading with the font size of 9. Figure Caption can be given as (e.g. Fig 1, Fig 2, Fig 3) and table as (Table 1, Table 2).
We recommend using Arial or Times New Roman for your entire paper with 9and 10 point font. Font 9 should be used paragraph and font 10 for the title. Make the entire paper in a uniform style.
Any error related to publishing article needs to consult our department of editorial for immediate rectification. All error which needs to change should be submitted with a cover letter with reason to change to the following content/figure/table.

We recommend our authors to use self-plagiarism before sending them to us. It can also lead to rejection ,of a manuscript during the peer review process. Any duplicate information found during the review process will be informed to the author for an explanation as per COPE Guideline. All comments will be shared among the reviewer and editor for careful consideration of the paper to accept or reject.
File Type: Accepted File like txt, doc and docx. The image file should be TIFF, JPEG, BMP, or PNG.
Table should be organized and editable row and column. All tables and figures should be properly cited.
